Massage #02

Kirsty Hannah – Massage and bodywork

My massage and bodywork sessions are tailored to help you reconnect with your body and well-being. I use massage techniques and observation with the intention to invite awareness and relaxation.

Initially I studied Human Biology at Loughborough University and Fine Art at Falmouth.

In 2010 and 2011 I trained in Esalen Massage at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, and I have also completed trainings in Sports massage and Counselling.

My love of Contact Improvisation (a form of dance) and Yoga (Scaravelli-influenced) feeds my research and enquiries into the human body.

I am qualified and insured as a massage practitioner and to teach Yoga.

Each session is received on a massage couch using a small amount of oil. The massage combines long, flowing, integrating strokes combined with deep tissue techniques to help unravel muscular fixations and postural habits.
